Made from organic grown "Triticum dicoccum" grains : the earliest cultivated form of wheat, described in the Old Testament as Zea, and defined by Homer as the precious crop of the Hellenic land.

The legendary for its attributes "Triticum dicoccum" is here turned into pasta, through the traditional bronze - die extrusion method and is being dried slowly and carefully. The delicious nutty flavour of the whole wheat is thus preserved and sauces are better captured by the distinct, pleasantly rough surface texture.
