The legendary for its attributes "Triticum dicoccum" is here turned into pasta, through the traditional bronze - die extrusion method and is being dried slowly and carefully. The delicious nutty flavor of the wheat is thus preserved and sauces are better captured by the distinct, pleasantly rough spaghetti surface texture.
